Arthur A. Swallow Associates was founded in April 1999 to provide Land Surveying and Development services to commercial, governmental and residential clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Principal and owner of the firm, Arthur A. Swallow, PLS, has extensive experience
in the Lehigh Valley, Western New Jersey and Pocono areas. The local knowledge and variety of experience that Arthur A. Swallow Associates has obtained  will benefit the client in the progress
and completion of the particular project.

Land surveying and design is performed using the most current technology and methods.
